How to Commission Carly

hank you for being interested in commissioned work! Please understand that commissions are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. Unfortunately, I cannot take all requests but I am more likely to take on projects that are suited to the aesthetic of my personal work.

Basic Information Regarding Commissioned Work
~Commissions start at $60 USD for small, pin sized pieces. Price increases with the size of the project. Quotes will be given at the time of the projects acceptance.

~Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for your piece to be created. This time allotment increases depending on the size of the work being commissioned and your place in the commission queue.

~ Accepted projects will be required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit before work will begin. If the commissioner backs out of the project after the deposit is paid, the commissioner will therefore forfeit their deposit to Carly Owens.

~After the commissioned work is complete, the purchaser will be invoiced for the remaining cost. They will have 14 days to pay for the order, unless otherwise negotiated. If an invoice is not paid in full within this time frame, the purchaser forfeits their 50% deposit and the work.

~The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Exact postage costs will be given at the time of purchase. I am not responsible for customs and duties fees on international purchases.

~Purchases made within the state of Colorado are subject to sales tax. The current rate is 8.485%

~Do not hesitate to reach out to me directly. Please email carlyowensembroidery@gmail.com for inquiries.

please include the project details in the "specifics" section of the form. Be sure to include what you are looking to have embroidered, a general size estimation, what materials/ embroidery style you want the work done in (it's okay if you're not entirely sure, we can work together on the design) , and what form you want the embroidery to take (i.e. patch, brooch pin, wall piece, etc.) Please also include your budget and approximate deadline. If accepted, I will be in contact with you via email. I will also send updates along the way. Thank you!
